Shipping & Taxes

The recipient of the package is solely responsible for any and all applicable duties and taxes. These fees are determined by your local customs agency and are not included in the product price or the shipping and handling charges calculated on our website. We have no control over these charges and cannot provide an estimate of what they may be.

We strongly advise you to contact your local customs agency for an estimate of these fees before placing your order. Customs policies vary significantly from country to country.

All orders from The Roses Collection are shipped worldwide with a confirmation number via UPS. Orders are typically shipped from our location in Tacoma, WA as soon as possible after payment is received. Please note that we do not ship orders on weekends or holidays. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days to process before it leaves our facility.

Sizing Information

To help you find the perfect fit, please refer to our sizing guidelines below:

  • Numbered Sizes: 1, 2, 3

  • Unisex Named Sizes: S/M, M/L, L/XL

  • American Ladies: 6, 8, 10

  • American Gentlemen: 36, 38, 40

  • British Ladies: 10, 12, 14

  • Italy Ladies/Gentlemen: 42, 44, 46

  • France Ladies: 38, 40, 42

Returns, Cancellation, Refunds, and Exchanges

At The Roses Collection, we take pride in the quality of our products. Therefore, we do not typically accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless an item is demonstrably defective.

If you receive a damaged item, you must notify us via email, including a clear photograph of the defect, within 5 business days from the date of delivery. Please send this information to The Roses Collection customer service: info@rosescollection.com.

Upon receiving your email, we will assess the issue and determine if you are eligible for an exchange. We will respond to your email with a return confirmation number within 48 business hours. The item must be unworn and include all original tags.

Please note that The Roses Collection is not responsible for return shipping costs or any applicable duty fees for returned items.

Once we receive, inspect, and verify the defect of the returned item, we will process the exchange. A confirmation email with tracking information for the replacement item will be sent to you once it has shipped.

Order Cancellation:

Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled.

In the event that we are forced to refund a cancelled order or item due to exceptional circumstances, a processing fee of at least 60% will be retained.
