All in-stock Roses Collection items are processed and shipped from our Los Angeles headquarters within 1-5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and office closures) from the date your order is placed.
For custom, pre-ordered, or made-to-order floral arrangements, the processing and shipping timeframe will vary. The estimated delivery window will be clearly communicated on the product page at the time of purchase.
During peak seasons or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your understanding and patience. You will be notified of any significant delays.
2. Expedited Shipping:
We offer expedited shipping options, including Priority Mail Express, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, and DHL Worldwide Express, for customers who require faster delivery.
To ensure same-day dispatch for expedited services, orders must be placed before 12:00 PM Pacific Time (PST), Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and office closures.
Expedited shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
3. Domestic U.S. Shipping:
We provide various domestic shipping options within the United States.
Shipping timelines and rates are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and the delivery destination.
Please note that quoted delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Customers will be provided tracking information once the order has shipped.
4. International Shipping:
For international orders, we utilize DHL Worldwide Express or UPS for reliable and efficient delivery.
Estimated international delivery times range from 4 to 18 business days from the order date, depending on the destination and customs processing.

5. Local Pickup (Vernon/Huntington Park, CA):
Local pickup is available at our Vernon/Huntington Park warehouse as a convenient option.

The processing time for local pickup orders is 1-5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and office closures).
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup, along with detailed instructions.
Pickup hours are from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Stolen or Lost Packages Marked as Delivered:
Roses Collection is not responsible for packages marked as delivered that are subsequently stolen or lost.
We strongly recommend purchasing optional shipping insurance through ShipAid at checkout.
ShipAid insurance provides coverage for refunds or reshipments of lost or damaged packages, offering peace of mind.
The cost of ShipAid insurance is determined by the total value of your order.
ShipAid insurance does not cover shipping issues resulting from incorrect or insufficient addresses provided by the customer.
